ANGER MANAGEMENT:

  • explores the emotions, feelings, reactions and impacts of anger

  • examines the types and stages of anger

  • discusses the causes and effects of anger

  • investigate the methods for controlling anger

  • introduce Restorative Practices (RP); its values and how to transform anger using RP.

After this module, the group will have a greater understanding of how to react to and deal with anger.  The group will be equipped with useful skills that are easy to put into practice.

STRESS MANAGEMENT:

  • identifies the sources of stress

  • explores the warning signs and symptoms

  • explains how to avoid unnecessary stress

  • examines the effects of stress

  • discusses how to deal with and manage stress

After completing this module, the participants will be identify the sources of stress and be able to react appropriately using the skills learned.

LOW SELF-ESTEEM:

  • discusses the causes and signs of low self-esteem

  • explains the impacts

  • explores strategies for improving and building healthy self-esteem

Having completed this module, individuals will have a greater understanding of the signs and impacts of low self-esteem and how to positively build healthy self-esteem.

SELF-CARE:

  • explains what self-care entails

  • looks at effects of lack of self-care

  • discusses the strategies for effective self-care

  • examines the positive effects of self-care.

Completing this module, participants will have a clear understanding of the importance of self-care and how to care for their mental, emotional and physical well-being in their daily lives.
