ADDICTIONS

If you find yourself in a situation where you cannot control your cravings for a particular substance or behaviour, even when it is harmful to you or those around you, you might be experiencing addiction.

Being addicted means being hooked on something that you struggle to control:

  • Alcohol

  • Food

  • Gambling

  • Sex / pornography

  • Drugs

The short-lived satisfaction might lead to withdrawal symptoms if the craving is not met.

Denial can be a stumbling block as it prevents a person from seeking help.

My approach will give you a space to explore, identify and to safely unhook yourself from your addiction.
