CULTURAL DIFFERENCES

As Ireland has become a multi-cultural country, many immigrant families living in Ireland, with children born or raised here, sometimes face the ongoing challenge of guiding their children the best they can in their new home country.  This task comes with many struggles and frustrations as parents attempt to retain what they cherish from their own birth cultures while accommodating the new culture which, to their children is 'all they know'.  This may cause constant family relationship problems.

Nave Counselling and Psychotherapy helps these families identify the causes of their conflict, understand their impact and learn how they can resolve these differences while respecting and embracing each other's uniqueness.
